Our Mission is to help advertisers achieve their business objectives by maximizing the potential of digital advertising. Since our origins, we have passionately evangelized the benefits of digital advertising, and believe that education is the key to unlock the potential of digital media.
Our Vision is to become the leading independent digital advertising company in emerging markets. We have achieved this in Latin America in 8 years and now, with the support of our new shareholder, Entravision, we will be seeking to expand in other emerging markets.

In 2020, Entravision (NYSE:EVC), a global leading media, technology and advertising solutions company, acquired a majority share in Cisneros Interactive, a leading company in digital advertising in Latin America and the Latin U.S.
Finally, in 2022, Entravision Cisneros Interactive emerged as a combination of the two companies, with the goal of strengthening the commitment to offer clients the most sophisticated digital advertising solutions and technologies in the industry, while offering a global platform with a presence in 35 countries.
In 1929, Diego Cisneros establishes D. Cisneros & Cia., a small material-transport business. Throughout the years, Cisneros delves into different businesses and industries, to become one of the most influential and multifaceted companies in Latin America. It developed successful businesses in media (DirecTV Latin America, Univisión, Calxson) and in other industries (Coca Cola, Spalding, Burger King, Apple).
In 2010, Diego Cisneros created Cisneros Interactive by investing in a small startup in Argentina called Kontextua. Cisneros Interactive became the leading company in digital advertising in Latin America and the Latin U.S. Since its launch, it has partnered with several digital brands, such as Meta, Spotify and LinkedIn, to support clients in promoting themselves through digital channels, and to impulse innovation in the world of digital advertising.
Cisneros Interactive has also created proprietary brands Audio.Ad and JustMob, to focus on specific digital niches, such as audio, video and gaming, which attract millions of users and continue to grow each year.
In 2020, Entravision (NYSE:EVC), a global leading media, technology and advertising solutions company, acquired a majority share in Cisneros Interactive.
